Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmations are provided via email. Please review your booking details carefully before submitting. Group bookings may require a deposit and additional verification.
Cancellations
Standard cancellations: free up to 24 hours before the tour start time. After that, fees may apply. No-shows are non-refundable. For private and group tours, custom cancellation terms may be specified at checkout.
Safety
Follow guide instructions and local regulations. We prioritize accessible, public routes. You are responsible for wearing weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable footwear. If you have accessibility needs, contact us in advance so we can accommodate where possible.
Liability
We are not liable for personal items or events beyond reasonable control, including weather, traffic, or municipal closures. Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory or be accompanied by a legal guardian. By booking, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
User Conduct
Be respectful to other guests, guides, and bystanders. No harassment, vandalism, or disruptive behavior. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate rules without issuing a refund.
Privacy
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services. See our privacy practices within the booking flow and notifications. We do not sell personal data. You can request access or deletion of your data subject to legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Prices are shown in CAD unless otherwise noted and may be subject to taxes and fees. Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may result in account limitations.
Weather and Disruptions
Tours run in most weather conditions. Severe weather, safety incidents, or city events may require rerouting or rescheduling. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternatives.
Changes to Services
We may update routes, schedules, and content to improve the experience. We may also modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page with an effective date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in English, under rules mutually agreed upon by the parties, except where prohibited by law.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
